We ship within the United States and internationally to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil.
Please Note: Some items in your order may ship separately depending on product availability. Each package will have its own tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way. Thank you for your patience — we want every piece to arrive perfectly!
SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING COSTS
· We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping rates and free shipping thresholds vary by region. Full details are available at checkout.
SECTION 4 - LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- DRFTID is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery.
- Please contact the carrier for claims regarding lost or damaged shipments.
- If an item arrives damaged, please email us at support@drftid.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
SECTION 5 - ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. DRFTID is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
SECTION 6 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DRFTID ships to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. International orders are shipped via standard international carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Delays due to customs processing are outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. You will see the full landed cost before completing your purchase.
For some destinations local taxes or fees may still apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
